These could relate to both the Revenue Cutters and Admiralty Cutters: possibly Racer (1818); Sprightly (1818) both Revenue Cutters, and also possibly for Speedy (1828) and Snipe (1828) both 6-gun Cutter Tenders, all built at Pembroke Dockyard.
