Provision tanks for all classes of warships (1852)
No scale. An Admiralty office plan copied from Portsmouth Dockyard showing the provision tanks for ships of the line to 36-gun Frigates, and for 28-gun Ships and smaller, to replace the wooden tanks usually fitted in the bread rooms. Copies were sent on 9 February 1852 to Woolwich, Chatham, Sheerness, Portsmouth, Plymouth, and Pembroke Dockyards.
