Ballaarat (1882)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ballaarat (1882) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a brig rig and an awning is rigged abaft the mainmast. The paddle tug Punch (1854) is alongside forward. Tilbury ferry landing stage and docks are in the background.
