She is flying the blue peter and a pilot flag. The paddle tug Cambria (1870) is alongside forward and the passenger ferry Carlotta (1893) is alongside aft. A small steam launch named St Andrew is alongside the Cambria (1870). Tilbury Landing Stage is in the background.
