A 12x10 negative. A port broadside view of the passenger/cargo liner Chimborazo (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is flying the blue peter and is preparing to come away from her mooring buoy. She has two yards on her foremast and an awning is rigged aft. The steam passenger launch Maude (1886) is in the foreground. Tilbury is in the background.
