A whole plate negative. A starboard broadside view of the passenger/cargo liner Chimborazo (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on each of her fore and main masts and an awning is rigged aft. The steam passenger launch Maude (1886) is at anchor in the foreground. Tilbury is in the background.
