Chyebassa (1874)
A whole plate negative. A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Chyebassa (1874) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on her foremast and is flying the blue peter. She has an awning rigged aft and the twin funnelled paddle tug Lord Warden (1868) is alongside. The bow of the steam launch Maude (1886) is in the left foreground. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G1969 and G1991 were taken on the same occasion.
