A 12x10 negative. A starboard very near broadside view, taken from only just abaft the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ophir (1891) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is flying the blue peter and has an awning rigged aft. The steam passenger launch Maude (1886) is alongside amidships. The stern of a tug is in the right foreground. Tilbury is in the background.
