A 12x10 negative. A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Orient (1879) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has been rebuilt with one funnel and two masts. The tug Champion (1892) is alongside her. Tilbury is in the background. Corner broken off.
