Oriental (1889)
A 10x8 negative. A slightly distant starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Oriental (1889) just stemming the tide in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. Her accommodation ladder appears to be being lowered. She has her original bow and poop which were rebuilt to a different configuration in 1894. Tilbury is in the background.
