Ormuz (1886)
A 12x10 negative. A starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ormuz (1886) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has three yards on each of her fore and main masts and awnings are rigged amidships and aft. She is flying the blue peter. The passenger ferry Sir Walter Raleigh (1855) is alongside amidships. The steam passenger launch Maude (1886) is at anchor in the foreground. The coast Guard Watch Vessel CGWV28 (1847) is on the Tilbury shore in the extreme left background.
