A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Pericles (1908) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. The tug Scotia (1893) is alongside aft. Tilbury Landing Stage is in the right background and Tilbury Hotel is on the left. The bow of the passenger excursion steamer Kingfisher (1906) can be seen alongside the landing stage.
