Peshawur (1871)
A half plate negative. A port near broadside view, taken from just abaft the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Peshawur (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has two yards on her foremast. A steam launch is alongside her accommodation ladder. the bow of a paddle tug is on the right. The Coast Guard Watch Vessel CGWV 28 (1847) is on the Tilbury shore in the background. A copy negative of Gould negative number G1877.
