A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port very near broadside view, taken from only just abaft the beam, of the general cargo coaster Sea Gull (1893) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. The stern of the tug Hibernia (1884) is in the left foreground. Tilbury Fort gatehouse is in the right background and the coast Guard Watch vessel CGWV.28 (1847) is on the Tilbury shore in the left background.
