Please note visit requests need to be made at least 7/10 working days before visit dates.
The following dates are not available:
27 April 2025 (due to the London Marathon)
7 September 2025 (due to the Big Half Marathon)
24, 25, 26 December 2025 (due to site closure)
Please indicate how many people there will be in your group.
This person needs to be the primary contact for the Community Engagement Partner and must be a working member of staff or a volunteer with a defined role at the organisation. Community Engagement Partners must notify bookings@rmg.co.uk as soon as possible if your primary contact details change. Our admissions staff may ask group leaders for ID to identify individuals working for Community Engagement Partners.
Once your visit request has been processed, CAS leaders will be sent a confirmation of booking by email. This confirmation letter serves as your group ticket, separate e-tickets will not be issued after payment is received.
Final numbers and payment must be received 7 days prior to your visit.
