7 September 2025 (due to the Big Half Marathon)

24, 25, 26 December 2025 (due to site closure)

One free ticket for the group leader will be offered to community partners per visit. Any additional adults will need to be included in the adults total above and will be charged for a ticket if applicable.

This person needs to be the primary contact for the Community Engagement Partner and must be a working member of staff or a volunteer with a defined role at the organisation. Community Engagement Partners must notify bookings@rmg.co.uk as soon as possible if your primary contact details change. Our admissions staff may ask group leaders for ID to identify individuals working for Community Engagement Partners.

Payment for your visit

Once your visit request has been processed, CAS leaders will be sent a confirmation of booking by email. This confirmation letter serves as your group ticket, separate e-tickets will not be issued after payment is received.

Final numbers and payment must be received 7 days prior to your visit.
