Space Explorers booking form

Please read the following information carefully before completing this form.

All Scouting/Guiding group sessions must be booked in advance. We do not accept provisional bookings. Once our Bookings team confirms your booking, a confirmation letter will be sent to the group leader and finance contact (if you provide one). Please note we have a strict 28 days cancellation period. If you would like to know more about our cancellation fees, please refer to our Booking Terms and Conditions below.

(If government restrictions prevent Royal Museums Greenwich from being able to deliver your booked sessions or prevent your group from visiting us, we would be happy to rearrange your booked visit for a later date).

Please make payment by card by calling 020 8312 6608. You must pay for your sessions before they begin. We can arrange for you to pay by BACS if requested.

We do NOT send invoices or accept payment by cheques.

You must have enough adults to meet the following supervision requirements:

Rainbows/Beavers – 1 adult per 5 students
Brownies/Cubs - 1 adult per 8 students
Guides/Scouts - 1 adult per 10 students

Please note that we reserve the right to deny entry into our facilitated sessions if the supervision requirements are not met.
