Our shared identity: Storytelling
24 - 26 October | 30-minute timed sessions starting at 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm
Join our storyteller and musician on an interactive adventure aboard the Cutty Sark and explore the stories, superstitions and routines that brought together the crew and created a unique sense of togetherness and collective identity on the ship.
The session will bring to life the aspects of life on board the Cutty Sark that created a "sailor identity" and pride in the ship. There will be stories from China, cap-map anecdotes and interactive musical play based on the day-to-day life of sailors.
