Agreement between T.D. Findlay, representing Messrs Todd Findlay & Co., and James Galbraith, representing the Irrawaddy Flotilla & Burmese Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, re. commissions to be paid to Findlay & Co, and payment of an agent named Simpkin, and the taking over of a Findlay-owned dockyard by the IFC, dated 1871; Agreement between George Swann, General Manager, and James Findlay, offer and acceptance of a role for the latter in the office of the IFC at Rangoon, dated 1883; Agreement with F.C. McDonald, commencing employment as 2nd Engineer, dated 1884; Four agreements with Rivers Steam Co. and India General and Railway Co., regarding respectful usage of creeks and rivers claimed by each company, ranging in date from 1887 to 1916; Copy of agreement with the British Burma Petroleum Company, to ship only using IFC vessels, dated 1926; Agreement of the cancellation of a previous Indemnity Agreement, between the IFC and the Governor of Burma and The Minister of War Transport, dated 1945; Agreement with the Governor of Burma, appointing the Company as an Agent of the Govenor, dated 28 January 1946.
