Agreement between T.D. Findlay, representing Messrs Todd Findlay & Co., and James Galbraith, representing the Irrawaddy Flotilla & Burmese Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, re. commissions to be paid to Findlay & Co, and payment of an agent named Simpkin, and the taking over of a Findlay-owned dockyard by the IFC, dated 1871; Agreement between George Swann, General Manager, and James Findlay, offer and acceptance of a role for the latter in the office of the IFC at Rangoon, dated 1883; Agreement with F.C.
