Affadavit of John Morton, Manager of the Irrawaddy Flotilla Co. Ltd., official list of events and damages incurred by the company from January to May 1942, with copies of correspondence attached as evidence;
Affadavit of Captain John Reid, Marine Superintendent and Henry Buchanan McAuslan, Superintending Engineer of the Company, providing an official statement of their responsibility for the scuttling or immobilisation of the fleet;
Affadavit of John Meiklejohn Macnaughton, Lieutenant in the Burma Royal Volunteer Reserve, an official account of his role in the transportation of the Army along the Irrawaddy and Chindwin Rivers, and the scuttling of vessels on the way. All 3 documents are dated 11 June 1942, and are photostat copies.
