This East Indiaman was built by the Pitcher yard at Northfleet and was the second vessel named OCEAN to be managed by Fraser. She completed four voyages to China, one of which involved participation in the Battle of Pulo Aura on 15 February 1804. She was lost in a storm in 1811 while on her fifth trip.
