A handwritten book of instructions by William Cornwallis covering providing provisions for the ships, this is highly detailed with examples of costs based on number of men and days of voyage also has an example of tables that must be used. Also included half way is a highly detailed explanation on the reasons this must be done properly and a loose draft paper of William Cornwallis giving his permission for a person to provide provisions for his ships.
