Personal Letters from and to the Elizabeth Cornwallis (nee Townshend).

A series of letters to and from Elizabeth Cornwallis (William Cornwallis' mother) including a letter from Elizabeth Cornwallis to William Cornwallis 27 March 1782 about her account with Mr Hoare; a letter from Mr Leveson to Elizabeth Cornwallis congratulating her on Captain Cornwallis and how he has distinguished himself against the French; letter from Thomas Townshend to his sister Elizabeth 21 September 1775; and letters addressed to Madam. Also there is a note added to Elizabeth's will adding that her daughter Mary Cornwallis should be given the furniture.
