Printed address from Edward Locker to the Directors of Royal Hospital Greenwich, proposing that the Painted Hall at Greenwich Hospital be used to display a collection of naval pictures and sculptures. In the letter Locker also calls for the admission fee for visitors to the Painted Hall and Chapel to be abolished.
