Correspondence between Rear Admiral Sir David Milne and Robert Dundas, 2nd Viscount Melville. Also included is several letters from 1817 between Milne and Captain John Gore, relating to the court martials of Admiralty Midshipman George Broom, and Lieutenant H. E. Coffin of HM sloop SARACEN. Milne was commander-in-chief on the North American station between 1816-19.
