Two journals by Captain Richard Woodget, including logbook dating from 1887 - 1895 on the CUTTY SARK.
The first logbook contains detailed ship's position, weather, observations and daily record of distance sailed during CUTTY SARK's Australian voyages, 1887-1892 (starts 28 December 1887, homeward leg of 18 voyage Newcastle to London, ends 7 November 1892, arrival in Newcastle from London on 23rd voyage). The second logbook details ship's position, weather, observations and daily record of distance sailed during CUTTY SARK's Australian voyages, 1893 (starts 7 January 1893, homeward leg of 23 voyage Sydney to Antwerp, ends 24 March 1895, arrival in London from Brisbane on ship's 25th and final voyage under the Red Ensign).
