(2) Direction under Section 85(5) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1947, C.T.L. 3 No. 36/14957, relating to an application made by The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club in respect of land known as 3 and 5 Dock Street, dated 15 September 1950.
