Handwritten document titled "Extract from the Queen's Regulations and Admirality Instructions" Hong Kong 15 Mar 1901, and has been forwarded to the Marine Transport Officer, Hong Kong by Ferdinand Halford Elderton. Acknowledged/signed for by Alexander Rowand, in his capacity as Lieutenant Royal Indian Marines Transport Officer, 2 pages.
2. "Instructions for H.M. Transports in South Africa (printed Cape Town 12 Dec 1899).
3. Handwritten letter from J.S. Cowans at the War Office (23 Sep 1899).
4. Memorandum of Equipment of the SS ENGLISHMAN, tranport No 60 (26 Apr 1900) which is signed by Captain Herbert Moultrie Heathcote, Superintending Officer, Commander Royal Navy.
5. Handwritten Sailing Orders for the SS ENGLISHMAN (Admirality Office, 21 Apr 1900) which are signed by B.J. Clark (Director of Transports).
