Various documents, including an English translation of the French orders from Gen. Hoche regarding the invasion of Ireland. Letter and enclosure regarding a secret system of signals devised by James Collis. Printed documents regarding the complaints of the seamen leading up to the mutiny of the Fleet. Copies of private signals between H.M. ships, and between H.M. ships and the forts of Cork Harbour, and Admiralty orders signed by Lord Spencer as "Most secret", for a line of battleships.
