Letter from Sir Thomas Tyddiman, Admiral of the English Fleet on board the REVENGE, to Col Johan Caspar van Cicignon, Governor of the Fort of Bergen, acknowledging his last letter and protesting that they treated all subjects of Denmark with courtesy and friendship, and desiring that Mr Gorman Tolor be sent to them from the Governor of Bergen. Dated 5 August 1665. Sent by a trumpeter, which they sent us. Also a draft of the same in Clifford's hand (2 items)
