Leather bound volume containing logs and journals kept by Hugh Francis Paget Sinclair as a cadet and midshipman, 12 September 1888 to 14 June 1891. In this period he served on the battleships HMS BENBOW (1885), HMS CAMPERDOWN (1885) and HMS VICTORIA (1887) in the Mediterranean. The volume includes technical drawings and track charts.
