Folder marked "Pack 20 Administration" containing naval messages, itineraries and guest lists dated Apr 1946- May 1946, mainly relating to Admiral Fraser's visits to Hong Kong, China and Japan from 15 Apr - 18 May 1946 together with mementoes such as dinner menus, invitations, tourist maps and brochures collected during this trip. Also a programme dated 17 Aug 1944 relating to Admiral Fraser's visit to Lord Mountbatten's South East Asia Command in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) from August to Sep1944 and a programme dated 15 November 1944 in relation to Admiral Fraser's visit to Trincomalee in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) in November 1944. Temporary night passes for Pearl Harbor issued to Admiral Fraser and his party dated 20 Dec 1944 and a letter dated 21 April 1945 from Captain Julian Wheeler to Admiral Thomas Kinkaid of the US Navy relating to the issue of Philippine Ribbons. This file also contains a programme dated 17 May 1946 relating to Admiral Fraser's departure from the British Pacific Fleet.
