Printed booklet entitled 'Signal-Book for the Ships of War'. A note with signatures at the back states that it was presented to Captain Hotchkiss of HMS Shrewsbury while he was on board HMS Monarch in Port Royal Harbour, Jamaica, on 20 January 1783.
