On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the lobby between 38¼ and 39¾ stations abaft the electronics warfare office on 1 deck looking to starboard and slightly forward showing the stairs leading down to 2 deck in the foreground. A fire extinguisher, four Nu-Swift fire extinguisher cartridges, an emergency cable stowage and a number of fuse panels are against the forward bulkhead. An emergency connection box, a fuse panel, a fan starter and a transformer are against the aft bulkhead.
