The photographer is in the communications control room (receiving) between 41 and 43 stations on the port side of 3 deck looking forward on the starboard side showing two cupboard and drawer units with a circuit test unit on them against the starboard bulkhead. CJD No. 1 and No. 2 units are in the port forward corner above a locker. A filter unit is against the forward bulkhead and a locker and tool boxes are below it. Stacks of cartons of Kado teleprinter rolls are in the centre. The CCR Receiver stateboard is fixed to the side of a cabinet on the left. A vertical format negative.
