The photographer is in the conversion machinery and radar power room between 45 and 48 stations on the starboard side of 4 deck looking to starboard from 47½ station on the port side showing the pitometer log in the left foreground with a motor generator on the deck beyond it. Against the ship's side are two 5KW rectifiers and two 25KW rectifiers. Against the aft bulkhead are two transformers, fuse panels, a starter, two automatic change over switches and a ventilation trunk with an axial flow fan.
