Trafalgar Square is on the right of the picture. The schooners have awnings rigged aft and one of them has her foresail set. The 2 masted schooner Perseverance M (1923) is on the left alongside the south side of the Careenage. A wooden fence and a rectangular framework has been erected on the north side for the building of premises for S.P. Musson Son & Co Ltd.
