Foot passengers are behind a barrier on the Otrabanda side but two women are well across the bridge with nowhere to go. Motor vehicles are parked on the Otrabanda quay road and the buildings fronting the bay include the Wonder Bar and the Hotel A mericano and a building with a Philips light bulb logo on the roof.
