The harbour and town at St. George's on the island of Grenada

The harbour and town at St. George's on the island of Grenada. The photographer is looking west from high ground to the east showing a small motor launch alongside the quay next to the premises of Geo. F. Huggins & Co Ltd on the right of the picture. Various small craft are at moorings in the harbour. Fort George is in the background with the four spired tower of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church and the castellated clock tower of the Anglican Church in the centre. A wooded hillside is in the foreground. At anchor in St. George's Bay and seen from off her starboard beam is the White Star Line passenger cruise ship Britannic (1930).
