An Orient Line special boat train on the East Jetty at Immingham, Lincolnshire having brought passengers for a 13 day cruise to Norway or a 20 day cruise to Baltic capitals and Norway. The photographer is on board an Orient Line passenger cruise ship looking down on the jetty showing members of the ship's crew assisting passengers to transfer from the train to the ship. A temporary telegraph office has been erected on the jetty.
