Buildings at the water's edge on the south-east side of Kotor, Yugoslavia. Buildings of various sizes and styles are at the water's edge and on the left is the girder bridge over the Scurda River. Beyond the bridge are the domes of the Serbian Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas and well up the mountainside is the small Church of our Lady of Remedy. A passenger steamer is beyond the projecting quay to the right of centre. The mountains in the background are topped with low cloud.
