The village of Hellesylt and the Sunnylvsfjorden, Norway.
A view from high ground over the Hellesyltfossen in the village of Hellesylt, Norway. The photographer is on a shore excursion from the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) and he is looking north-east-by-east from high ground showing the Grand Hotel on the right. Mountains are in the background. The negative is incorrectly captioned "Oie", which is a very small settlement on Norangfjord and may have been another destination on this cruise.
