Portsmouth Harbour: a view of shipping, probably from the Gosport side, with figures and cows in foreground

Mounted in album with PAE9907-PAE9920, PAE9922-PAE9964.; Page 14.; Signed by artist. The buildings at right suggest the view is on the inward shore behind Fort Blockhouse. 'Victory' is probably the rigged three-desker to the left. Apart from Moses's signature lower right as artist and engraver of the related print, another only semi-legible line by him at lower left identified the subject and that he published it in 1817.
