Hand-coloured. One of a set of three in NMM, though probably originally four; the others in the collection are PAI5440 and PAI5441, which appear to be reissues of two plates out of a set of three that did not include this subject, originally issued by Wigley in 1806-07. The Wigley plates are PAI6132 (PAI5438 is another copy), PAI6144 and PAI6134. The putative missing one from the Fairburn set is his version of PAI6132. [PvdM 7/07]
