Bolt from Nelson's Column

Screw which secured one of the bands which supported the arm of the statue on Nelson's column, Trafalgar Square, before restoration. Currently attached to ZBA4408.1. The three bands were placed round the left arm above the elbow in 1880-1890, after a lightning strike and were removed in 2006.
