Albatross (1873)

Scale 1:48. Plan shows the inboard profile, as fitted for the Fantome class compostie screw sloop Albatross (1873). The drawing bears the signature of E.C. Warren [Assistant Master Shipwright at Chatham Dockyard 1870-1874]. The drawing was corrected at Devonport Dockyard on 21 November 1874 and signed by A. Moore [Chief Constructor at Devonport Dockyard 1865-1879]. Further ammendments were made in red ink at Chatham Dockyard and signed by R. P. Saunders [Chief Constructor of Chatham Yard 1872-1883]. The plan was sent to Sheerness Dockyard on 22 April 1875 and signed by A. B. Sturdee [Master Shipwright and Chief Constructor at Sheerness Dockyard 1866-1878].
