The plan bears a Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 18 November 1937. The drawing shows alterations in green ink made at Devonport Dockyard, dated 31 August 1943. A second Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 11 September 1948 is also printed on the plan. A note on the plan states that the drawing has been cancelled and superceded by drawing P.O. M . C. D. 029367. This drawing is noted as Sheet number 5 of 8. This cancelled drawing has been superceded by NPA7052.
