Birmingham (1938)
Scale 1:96. Plan shows the platform deck, as fitted of the Town class (also known as the Southampton sub-class) light cruiser Birmingham (1936). The plan bears a Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 18 November 1937. The drawing includes tables detailing the contents of the warhead room on the deck. The drawing shows alterations in green ink made at Devonport Dockyard, dated 31 August 1943. A second Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 11 September 1948 is also printed on the plan. A note on the plan states that the drawing has been cancelled and superceded by drawing P.O. M . C. D. 029367. This drawing is noted as Sheet number 4 of 8. This cancelled drawing has been superceded by NPA7053.
