'Plymouth' (1796)

A note on the plan reads 'A draught ptoposed for building a yacht for the service of Plymouth yard, in lieu of the Old one taken to pieces, proposed in pursuance of an order from the Rt Hon the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty Dated 26th August last'. The note has been signed by John Henslow [Surveyor of the Navy from 1774 to 1806] and William Rule [Surveyor of the Navy from 1793 to 1813].
