A starboard bow view of HMS Scorpion (1863), an iron Turret Ship used as a Guard Ship, underway at Bermuda, prior to being used for gunnery practice. The photograph may have been taken from HMS Crescent (1892), a First Class Cruiser. Crescent used Scorpion as target practice for her six-pounder guns.
