The plan shows modifications made at Chatham yard in vermillion ink, dated October 1927. Further corrections were made at Chatham Yard, dated November 1928. There is a a faded Vickers stamp on the left hand side of the plan. There is a stamp from Chatham Yard Constructive Department, dated 6 September 1923, on the left hand side of the plan. A second stamp from the Chatham yard Engineering Department, dated 16 November 1923. A Vickers stamp with the Admiralty Overseer's signature, dated 23 August 1920 is also present on the left hand side of the plan.
